We install your balcony door in a single day
Once made to measure, our team installs it in a single day. The manufacturing time depends on the material, the dimensions and the colour, and we confirm it in the quote.
Thermal insulation
Multi-chamber profiles and double glazing: less heat lost in winter and less heat coming in during summer.
Less noise
With acoustic glass, street noise drops noticeably and you rest better in the bedroom and living room.
More light and easier access
Floor-to-ceiling leaves and sliding doors that do not take up space on the balcony: light comes in and access is comfortable.
We measure and install
One team takes care of the measuring, installation and sealing, across the Costa Blanca.
Types of balcony doors
Choose according to what you need: everyday ventilation, not taking up space on the balcony, opening up to the terrace, or controlling light with a roller shutter.
Without taking up balcony space
The leaves slide and take up no space when open.
With roller shutter
Control light and heat: the shutter box is integrated.
See all opening typesDiscover the types of balcony door opening and what each one is for.
| Type | Ideal for |
|---|---|
| Casement | Everyday balcony door with one or two leaves; with two leaves the access is wider. |
| Tilt and turn | Opens fully or tilts to ventilate with the door closed. |
| Sliding | The leaves slide: they do not take up space on the balcony or in the room. |
| Parallel sliding | The leaf comes out and slides in parallel; when closed it sits flush and seals well. |
| Lift-and-slide | For large openings onto the terrace: the leaf lifts and slides smoothly. |
| Folding | Very wide terraces: the leaves fold away and the opening stays fully open (on request). |
| With integrated roller shutter | The shutter box sits inside the frame itself, with nothing added on top. |
Balcony doors with an integrated roller shutter
If you want to darken the room, protect yourself from the afternoon sun or gain privacy, the roller shutter can be integrated into the balcony door itself.
We also work with roller shutters, louvre shutters and Mallorcan shutters from Saxun to complete the opening.
Calculate with a roller shutter- Roller shutter box integrated into the frame, with nothing added above the door
- In the configurator you choose: no roller shutter, standard or motorised (wall switch or remote control)
- Manufacturers with their own shutter box: Kömmerling (RolaPlus), Deceuninck (PROtex 2.0) and VEKA (VEKAVARIANT 2.0)
- If you already have a roller shutter, we check it when we measure

PVC or aluminium balcony door: which to choose
Both options are good; it depends on your opening, where you live and what you prioritise. We sum it up in six points.
| PVC | Aluminium | |
|---|---|---|
| Thermal insulation | Excellent: PVC is a natural insulator, with multi-chamber profiles. | Very good with a thermal break. |
| Acoustic insulation | Very good, especially with acoustic glass. | Good; improves with acoustic glass and good sealing. |
| Near the sea | Does not rust or corrode in salty air. | Holds up well with quality lacquer or anodised finishes. |
| Light and design | Slightly wider profiles; white, colours and wood-effect finishes. | Slimmer profiles and more glass; RAL colours and anodised finishes. |
| Large leaves and sliding doors | Very good in the usual balcony dimensions. | The best option for wide doors, sliding doors and large lift-and-slide doors. |
| Price | Usually the most balanced option between price and performance. | Depends on the range and the size; we work it out in your quote. |

Frequently asked questions about balcony doors
Balcony door or terrace door: is there a difference?
No: the two terms are used interchangeably. It is the door that gives access to the balcony or terrace, with one leaf or two, and it can be casement, tilt-and-turn or sliding. You can configure it here.
How much does a made-to-measure balcony door cost?
It depends on the material, the number of leaves, the dimensions, the glass and whether it has a roller shutter, so we do not give single figures. Work out an indicative price in the configurator and we will confirm the exact price after measuring, with no obligation.
PVC or aluminium balcony door?
PVC is a balanced option for insulation and price and does not corrode in salty air; aluminium with a thermal break allows slimmer profiles and larger leaves. We explain it in detail in PVC balcony doors and aluminium balcony doors.
Tilt-and-turn, sliding or lift-and-slide: which suits me?
The tilt-and-turn opens fully or tilts for ventilation; the sliding door does not take up space on the balcony or in the room; the lift-and-slide is designed for large openings onto the terrace. If you are unsure, we will advise you at the free measuring visit.
Can a roller shutter be fitted to a balcony door?
Yes. In the configurator you can choose no roller shutter, a standard roller shutter or a motorised one (wall switch or remote control). If you already have a shutter box, we check it when we measure.
Can I replace a window with a balcony door?
It depends on the opening, the sill and the available height. We check it at the measuring visit, which is free and with no obligation.
How long does the balcony door replacement take?
Installation takes one working day, once the balcony door has been made. The manufacturing time depends on the material, the dimensions and the colour, and we confirm it in writing in the quote.
Which balcony door brands do you install?
We work with Cortizo, Deceuninck, Aluplast, Sanaluz, WDS, Kömmerling, VEKA and Solven, among others. We can tell you which systems are available when we measure.
