Certifications of our products and suppliers
Spanish Standardization
At Proftex we work every day to offer you the best services and products, and we care especially about quality and safety. All the systems we install are manufactured in accordance with the applicable UNE-EN standards for windows, glass and enclosures.
CE Marking
The glass curtains, windows and enclosures we install carry the CE marking of their manufacturers, certifying compliance with the applicable European regulations. Each system has its own Declaration of Performance, stating its values for air permeability, watertightness and wind resistance.
Tested at ift Rosenheim
The profile and glass systems we use have been tested at ift Rosenheim, one of Europe’s leading institutes for the certification of windows, glass and façades.
ENAC-accredited testing
Air permeability and watertightness tests on the systems we install are carried out in laboratories accredited by ENAC, the Spanish national accreditation body.
AENOR quality mark
The PVC profiles from our suppliers carry AENOR’s product quality mark on their main systems, in addition to the brand’s own ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
QUALICOAT Seaside: coating for marine environments
The aluminium we use is coated under the QUALICOAT label, in its Seaside variant, approved for marine environments. On the Alicante coast this is decisive: salt air degrades conventional finishes, and this treatment is tested specifically to withstand it.
QUALANOD: quality anodising
For anodised finishes, our aluminium suppliers work under the QUALANOD label, which controls the thickness, corrosion resistance and durability of the anodised layer.
VinylPlus: sustainable PVC
The PVC profiles we install carry the VinylPlus label, the European PVC industry’s voluntary commitment to sustainable development and material recycling.
VOC emissions: A+ rating
Our suppliers’ PVC systems achieve an A+ rating in volatile organic compound emissions certification, the lowest emissions category. This has a direct impact on the indoor air quality of your home.
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 of our suppliers
The manufacturers we work with hold certified quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) systems, audited by independent bodies such as AENOR or TÜV Rheinland.
EPD: Environmental Product Declaration
Our aluminium suppliers hold an Environmental Product Declaration, a document verified by an accredited independent body that analyses the environmental impact of the material throughout its entire life cycle.
